Although Fairnie House is a solid Georgian building (close to the ruined Abbey and castle), it has a light contemporary feel inside. Our high-ceilinged, spacious, bedroom was pleasingly furnished in light woods and had all the conveniences (TV etc.) that we could possibly want.
