The USS Midway is pretty cool. The headsets given to you for your tour are really helpful. Some of the information is very interesting. The tour is pretty long, so little kids could get restless. We were visiting San Diego while on a family vacation and decided to check out the U.S.S. Midway! It was awesome! It is interesting for all ages. My 5 yr. old and 12 yr. old both loved it. Some of the stairways are narrow and steep, so wear a good pair of tennies! more

Very interesting! Lots of things to do. You can get a "tour guide" which is basically an mp3 player with all the information so you can go at your own pace. The "tour" goes through everything you would do if you were on the carrier at wartime. Very fun and a must see if you are in the area. more
