This hotel could be A Gold Mind If sombody would just fix it up..Their were ants all over the down stairs were you had breakfast and the entery way. the air conditioner was broken and they could not fix it. We had no running water one day because they were having water problems. Most of the staff was friendly as... more

This is the worst hotel ever. When we arrived they were sweeping rat feces from a room down the hall from us. This made a light bulb go off. There was no safe available as the last guest took the key. You have to shower very early to get a chance of hot water. Took 30 minutes to get a... more

What a mistake....when you view the Grape Bay Hotel online and note the property and location, you think this could be a wonderful experience...from the start of our stay, we received a rather luke-warm greeting, followed by a confused staff member. She did not have any of the reservation info correct...after a long day, we gave up and found our... more

This place is Horrible - that pretty much says it all. Peeling paint, broken AC, broken phone, room not ready for over an hour after promised check-in, and perhaps my favorite - hairballs on the bathroom floor. Here, a crusty old bagel constitutes a "continental breakfast." At almost $300 a night after taxes, you would be better served paying the... more

We just returned from Grape Bay (4/12-4/15). It was $359 p.p. for RT airfare from Boston + 3 nights' lodging, and I figured that given that, we had little room to complain. (It's BERMUDA!) While I've certainly stayed in far less pleasant hotels, I do have to say that the downsides prevail. I tried to keep an open mind and... more

This hotel could be so much more. It has the location -- close to beach. The walk to the bus stop is far but we did it a few times but always took a cab home. The rooms do need updating but for us they were clean while we were there. The breakfast was fine but the same day after... more

I agree with most of the other reviewers so I will skip on to some things that weren't mentioned. First, get the ocean view room. It's worth the extra money. The beautiful view was the best thing about our room. The room's fridge is very small but valuable as we picked up drinks from the Mini Mart close by. Our... more

If I'd been expecting what I got when I arrived at this hotel, it may not have been a big deal. I guess I should have been happy that it was but a short walk to the beach and that it did have beautiful surroundings, but the rooms were just...dingy. The rug in the hallway was gross and there was... more

We stayed at the Grape Bay Beach hotel for a week in early March. The location is great, being close to Hamilton, the capital and the bus service that takes you there. The beach is a 5 minute walk, the market is a 15 minute walk and a small mall is also within walking distance. The staff at the hotel... more
