I've been in this hotel twice the same year. While the balcony rooms could be a bit small and noise, the back rooms (no window) are large and very comfortable. Actually called Antiguo Europa, this is not the one in Boca Chica, as the earlier post suggests (though there is a Europa Hotel in BC).
