First off let me say the place is very pretty. Not the most modern, but nice enough. The staff were AMAZING! Super nice! We were greeted with kindness right off the bat. No complaints there. Arrival: A good 45 minute trip from the airport to the hotel, being informed about things we saw and about the city and hotel. Welcomed at the hotel with a complimentary cocktail which was much needed when your not used to the sudden climate change.
