tradewinds= great location, lousy service. Nearly all the expatriate inhabitants to vieques are rude. I say nearly all because some were enjoying there existence in a beautiful tiny island in the caribbean. Vieques is a perfect example of key west before becoming commercialized. However the short tempered and lousy attitude here is not great to be around. more
