Casa Alta Vista was a very affordable place to pretty much sleep. The rooms are small, and contain only the absolute necessities, but that was not a big deal to us, as we were only there to sleep and shower. We stayed in room 9. This review is late but still have great memories of our anniversary in Vieques. After a day of driving a rented jeep to all those beautiful beaches it was nice to go to our 3rd floor unit at CAV for rest and a hot shower. I had such a wonderful stay in Vieques and in large part because of Casa Alta Vista. The place is great, near the beach but just far enough from the main drag to make for a peaceful place to retire for the night. Rates are reasonable and the staff couldn't be more helpful.
