We stayed at this Sheraton in March of 2008, the location is great !!you are walking distance to the casino, and marketplace which is a great place to shop during the day and also to go out at night. We've been regulars at Our Lucaya about 10 years. Visiting 1-3 times a year. We've always enjoyed the quality, service, etc. The last two visits were a little disappointing though. The rooms are worn and moldy. Calling customer service was a joke. They just kept passing the problem on and finally gave us a new room. Same problem ,same routine.... more

We stayed at the Sheraton 6/18 to 6/25. The resort was great, the Westin side is so much nicer than the Sheraton side. The beach was lovely, and you had your choice of several pools to use.
