We just returned from the Sheraton Resort at Our Lucaya, our stay was June 26 - July 1. It wasn't long enough. This is a beautiful property, the pools are great, the beach is great and the service is perfect. The staff was awesome. There were seven of us in our group, 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Needless to say... more

My 21 yr old daughter and I just returned from a 5 day 4 night stay at the Sheraton Grand Bahama Our Lucaya Resort. It was wonderful as a "mom and me" get away! Our purpose was to go and simply relax. We took the all inclusive which I was then worried about after reading some of the comments. I... more

We stayed at this Sheraton in March of 2008, the location is great !!you are walking distance to the casino, and marketplace which is a great place to shop during the day and also to go out at night. The pools (although the hot tub was having problems)and beach are beautiful and its great to be able to walk back... more

We've been regulars at Our Lucaya about 10 years. Visiting 1-3 times a year. We've always enjoyed the quality, service, etc. The last two visits were a little disappointing though. The rooms are worn and moldy. Calling customer service was a joke. They just kept passing the problem on and finally gave us a new room. Same problem ,same routine.... more

We stayed at the Sheraton 6/18 to 6/25. The resort was great, the Westin side is so much nicer than the Sheraton side. The beach was lovely, and you had your choice of several pools to use. When it came to the pools the staff was always on top of things, and would let the people from the cruise ships... more

Just returned from 5 days and 4 nights at the Sheraton. We (four) found it to be a very clean, relaxing place. Service was good, the rooms were clean and kept clean during our stay. It is great that you are allowed to use both the sheration and the westin pools and other services. It makes a big difference. The... more

My husband and I spent 5 days at the Sheraton (June 17-21) and had a great time. We did the all-inclusive and thought it was a good deal considering all drinks were $9 a pop. The food options are very limited, but I think we "drank" enough to make up for the extra cost - plus, its good to not... more

We just got back from a two night stay at the Sheraton and it was hard for us to leave. The pools were beautiful with very warm water and the design of the pool areas were beautiful. We also enjoyed eating at the poolside restaurant (although a bit pricey $48 dollars for two hamburgers served with french fries and two... more

I'm baffled by some of the negative review about the Sheraton because my wife and I found it to be an above average resort during our stay from 6/15 - 6/20. Let me start by saying that I have stayed many places and I will call foul if a place is not up to standards. Sheraton has beautiful grounds, great... more

I just returned from a 4 night stay at the Sheraton at Our Lucaya. I actually visited the resort previously on college spring break about 4 years ago and it was quite a bit too nice for my friends and I back then. However, being out in the working world for a few years it was just right for my... more
