The Inn at Spanish Cay is the sole accomodation on this small island except for those that sleep on their boats. We flew in to the excellent landing strip and stayed a day. Suzanne and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in a lovely room overlooking a perfect beach that was absolutely deserted. They will rent you a boat... more

Back in the mid-1950s I was captain on the fishing boat Clint Murchison et al kept at Spanish Cay. It was a wonderful place to "work" with incredible fishing and snorkeling from right off the docks and beaches to all around the Cay and near by reefs to the barrier reefs and on out into the ocean. A very beautiful and unspoiled Island in the Abaco, Bahamas. Our children enjoyed the beaches, shelling and building sand castles. We waatched our children swim in the pool and jacuzzi while we looked on from the Tiki bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always went out of their way to accomodate us.
