I stayed at the Casa Velas in May 2008 and was quite impressed with the ability to check-in and have a peaceful experience. The grounds were quiet and with the location being so close to Puerto Vallarta I could run into the city if I wanted a little more excitement. Several of the reviews at this hotel seem very suspicious. The reviews from Chuck-Sara, Chitown42 and GreggandShari are HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS because -they share similar characteristics, all positive.
