because this place was so awful. We were horrified when we arrived. The rooms were somewhat clean, but still had a bad smell. If you have time to rebook your vacation I would suggest you do so. This hotel is close to nothing of interest; it is not by the beach or the lagoon. The front door is in an alley. We were there when hurricane Wilma hit, even then the staff looked after us. For a 2star hotel the bedrooms were cleaned every day inc new clean towels. The staff are great and the hotel very clean, the standards of the staff and cleaniness is high, they can't do enought for you and don't care you can't speak the lanugage as they speak good english. this may not be not what you expect of a all inclusive and it certainly isn't in the broucheres but hey you get... more
