Just stayed here for 3 nights and booked through the Amex FHR programme in a Park Deluxe room. Have to say this is the best Hyatt I've stayed in in North America. Likes - Huge Room - Good range of bathroom amenities - Complimentary town car service that will take you within 5km of the hotel (we used it to... more

I don't have any complaints about this hotel. Our room did feel "old fashioned" but was a good size and comfortable enough. I think this was a "Park Room" in the south Tower rather than a "Park Deluxe". The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge booked a day trip for us, and did get on the phone to the... more

My wife and I spent the 1 night at the Park Hyatt this weekend. Excellent service upgraded my room to a junior suite. I would highly suggest this property. Spent a few hour at the Spa and dinner at Mortons all within the property. Thank you Hyatt more

Had a work conference at the hotel. At arrival check in was fast, staff just fine. I really liked my room, big , nice room, desk, chair, large bathroom and all amenities expected plus more except for coffee in the room. And an older tv. The food and staff at our meetings were great, that was good to see. The... more

I had a really good stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The top floor terrace/bar has an excellent view, and you are in a very nice neighbourhood. Food was ok too and over all the hotel is good priced. more

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Yorkville, the Royal Ontario Museum, Bloor Street shopping and a metro station are all within easy walking distance. We have stayed at the nearby Four Seasons, and we found the Park Hyatt to be less dated. Our room was spacious, but bland and we were suprised to learn that we were... more

Booked through Amex and received an upgrade to a 2 room suite. The rooms are like at every other Park Hyatt I know: Old but good and efficient - nothing fancy in there. The best thing about the Park Hyatt is it's Spa. I went the first day right after a 14 hours flight to get rid of some shoulder... more

I stayed at the Park Hyatt for 5 days. It was quite a nice hotel. I had a deluxe room with a king sized bed, a sofa, a desk and what I call a mini foyer. The bathroom was almost as big as the actual room. Everything was great. I didn't eat at the hotel because I like to wander... more

Our stay at hotel Hyat was not what we expected. The surrounding ground outside was lovely, with a modern pool and bar area, however the interior of the hotel (reception area etc) was dated, though adequate. The corridors to hotel rooms were dark. Our room was very dated and smelt very musty and 'old'. the bathroom was windowless but adequate,... more

Stayed here for a business convention. The rooms were very nice, but quite expensive (even on corporate rate). Did eat at the hotel restaurants, but just for convention catered meals, which were fine. One of the best things was the location - it allowed for some good walks to downtown stores, the surrounding neighborhoods, and the university (I did take... more
