Beautiful and well maintained home and yard. The house had plenty of space for guests to relax and watch TV downstairs. Our bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Well presented and delicious breakfast. Hostess had menus for local restaurants and when asked, suggested one. We had a fantastic meal at the Austrian. more

The minute we entered the Harbour's Edge, we felt at "home". It was squeaky, squeaky clean and beautiful. Our 3-night stay was such a treat and the highlight of our trip to Yarmouth. We stayed at the Harbour's Edge for one night. The garden is absolutely beautiful - spacious and green with a long view over the harbour. Yarthmouth was a surprise and the Harbour's Edge was a delight. The owners were welcoming, informative and very interesting to talk to. Our hostess directed us to several local attractions and a very good Austrian restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful. It was amazing to see the work that went into restoring a part of Yarthmouth history. more

I stayed in the Ellen Brown room, which is spacious and nicely furnished. There's no T.V. or phone in the room -- you'll have to go into the common areas for those. We recently returned from an enjoyable trip to Nova Scotia. Since we were taking the ferry from Bar Harbor to Yarmouth I was looking for a place to stay in Yarmouth. Even though we do not usually stay at B&B's when I saw the web site for Harbour's Edge I was intrigued. It turned out to be an excellent decision.... more
