Hotel staff was not friendly, room had no air conditioning and the bathroom smelled like an outhouse. I was staying there for a friends wedding and thankful we only had to bear one night. Other friends were unimpressed with staff and rooms as well. Stay downtown if at all possible. more

We stayed in the section of this hotel. By the way, a better description of this property would be "motel." The older section looked really run-down, so we were glad to be in the new section. I stayed here from August 23-25 with my girlfriend and her son. The rate was Cdn.$89.00/night. The location is right on the ocean, overlooking the resort's marina. The room was pretty average with a very small bathroom. You know the type, bang your knees on the door when sitting down! Otherwise it was a nice room with a shared balcony... more

Nice place, but very dated. Needs some TLC. Staff were freindly, view was outstanding, but you can tell the hotel has gone through some tough times. more
