Good location for Plymouth Hoe, the Barbican and town centre. Had 2 "family rooms " each with double bed and single "put-up"bed.- very clean room and bathroom with nice toiletries, but think you would struggle if you had a family of 4 , both family rooms were too small to comfortably accomodate another bed.
