We booked an indulgent break. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The hotel is showing its age it’s gloomy and there was threadbare furniture in the lounge and bar areas, ceilings that were once white are very cream. My husband, 2 young children and I have just returned from a 3 hight stay at the Grand. RECEPTION Staff were very good, helpful and congenial.
