A wonderful personal yet professional stay, When we arrived there was no parking spaces and Andy moved his car to find a parking space so that we could have his outside the B&B...............................now that attention to detail was carried on for the rest of the stay. Fantastic home cooked breakfast, will be back more

We have stayed in quite a few B&B's in Brighton and have been quite disappointed on how shabby and run down they can be for the price they ask, but we cannot fault The Twenty One in any way at all. Matt and Andy were extremely hospitable and welcoming. I had booked this for my partners birthday for a day... more

Our second time at the Twentyone and just like the first time, we weren't disapointed, this place is friendly and homely but you still feel entirely at ease to come and go as you please. The breakfast is tasty with good quality ingredients, I know a thing or two about hotel breakfasts I eat at least two of them every... more

I thought the reveiews were too good to be true, and I'm afraid I was right. Our stay was pleasant enough but we found the room somewhat cramped and grossly overpriced. Our bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and I'm afraid the 'little extras' on the hospitality tray do not make up for the shortcomings. The owners were pleasant enough, but breakfast... more

"I am almost afraid to tell you just how lovely my stay was at the '21' in the fear that there will be no rooms left for my next visit." The comment above was from my gran - she recently came down to Brighton to visit me and stayed here. She raved about the impeccable service and the excellent standards.... more

I have never written one of these reviews before but having been swayed by all the 'too good to be true' reviews I felt I needed to give a more accurate picture. The stay was pleasant enough but was nowhere near the standard I would expect for the money. I've stayed in guest houses and hotels all over the world... more

It's hard to add anything to what has already been said. We stayed at The Twenty One in May and still think it is the best B and B we have ever visited . We are probably more critical than a hotel inspector because we run a B and B ourselves! more

It's difficult to add anything new. Andy and Matt were charming and helpful. We were greeted with a caftiere of coffee while Andy answered our questions about places to eat/drink. It was great advice and we ate well later that evening (The Saint). Rooms were lovely with all the extras others have described. We stayed just one night to see... more

It was our first visit to Brighton and we booked the hotel after reading various reviews on the website. The hotel was lovely, the decor great and the rooms absolutely spotless. Matt and Andy were excellent hosts and greeted us on arrival and gave us a map and suggested various places to eat and drink and to visit. We will... more

Have had a wonderful weekend in Brighton and the stay at The Twenty One was perfect - the rain and wind could not dampen our enjoyment, although they tried! Great accommodation and hospitality from Andy and Matt, they really made my husband and I feel welcome. The attention to detail was fantastic and we would definately recommend it. Also would... more
