Ideal location to Lime street station and city centre attractions. Very clean and comfortable, Excellent shower with thick towels. An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities are in the room. Staff polite and curteous. Was in Liverpool on business. The hotel is literally across the street from the Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station, which made it very convenient when arriving by train. Another terrible looking 60's / 70's concrete holiday inn on the outside. The inside is clearly well maintained; my room was fairly modern and clean (though its not the new holiday inn room layout.) Stayed with a friend in August for 3 nights and I can't say enough good things about the place. The location is excellent, the rooms were nice and the best thing about the place ws the staff. From the Doormen to the bar staff, they were all great. We'll definatly be back!! more

Stayed with my wife for three days over bank holiday weekend, also music festival weekend which was major surprise to me. stayed at the Holiday Inn just for one night, the staff are very friendly, the hotel although quite basic was clean and everything you need for over night stay. Would definately stay there again more
