Poor customer service. Room was extremely warm and one could not regulate the temperature. They brought us a fan. Mini bar in-op and had a horrible odor. We went on a Bank Holiday weekend. The service on the weekend days for breakfast was terrible. We were asked to eat in the dirty pub which hadn't been cleaned from the night before . Stayed here when attending a conference and must say I was impressed with the hotel, price of drinks etc were extremely reasonable considering its location.
