Stayed for a few days recently and was greatly impressed. The staff were very helpful and the food was great. Andy was a star, bubbly and cheery as well as knowing his job. Great location - near the shops and beach. Enjoyed the leisure club facilities - great to be able to relax. Will definitely recommend and be back more

Checked in ok, parked in the last space of the free resident only car park. Our room key didn't work all weekend, what a pain. The hotel is situated in the centre of Ayr, only a few minutes walk from the sea. It has a large and free car park.
