After reading the reviews we were pre-warned the rooms would be small, but given some of the run down dives in Paris, this place was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was as it should be. Yes, it was small (and we had the upgraded room) but I had no complaints. Would stay again but only at the discount... more

The hotel room was indeed small, but looked allright. The problems we had were minor but not pleasant: The sheets had a spot on it, but I got it away with some water and rubbing. The next day I could see that we did not have new sheets (the spot was still slightly visible.) There was some coffee and tea... more

This hotel was cheap. We got a great bargain & i suppose you get what you pay for!! This was literally the smallest hotel room ever.No space to move around at all & the wardrobe was tiny. The toilet & shower were in two separate rooms. The room with the toilet was tiny, just standing space. Not even room to... more

I ve stayed at this hotel for a week - Honeymoon. It hs a great locaton, with a metro station just across the street - Gare D Austerliz.; a local market 200 m ahead. But the room was too small. No place to leave the luggage adequately. The water alomst reached the room while we were showering. Besides, the breakfast... more

We decided to stay in this hotel for a couple of nights, as we wanted to stay close to the Quartier Latin. The hotel has a convenient location: close to two major train stations and within walking distance of the Jardin de Plantes (5 minutes), Pantheon (20 minutes), Quartier Latin, and Notre Dame (25-30 minutes). Although the hotel wasn't bad,... more

We were looking for a nice 3-star hotel in Paris but the rooms were either too expensive or already booked so we got a good deal at the Libertel Austerlitz. The booking was easily made on the hotel website at the best rate (beating the different hotel-sites by about €10/room). We had booked two newly renovated comfort rooms and asked... more

My friend and I were on a short europe tour. Paris was our 4th stop after Venice. We took an overnight train from Venice and to wake up early morning in Paris was really tiring. From the train station, we were suppose to take an undergound train into the city but unfortunately we were somehow lost. As we were looking... more

I suffered a similar fate to grd2day, I wonder if we got the same room (no. 406) ? I killed numerous mosquitos during my stay, but still returned home with 7 bites on my forehead alone. The itching & irritation left me feeling less than 100% for work (I was there on business). I suspect there may be an issue... more

This hotel is diabolical. Firstly, it cost me 172 EUROS for one night of living trauma during which i was hounded from side to side by a swarm of angry mossies for whom this hotel is their primary accomodation in Paris late summer. Secondly, there was no hint of hospitality- so much so that water was recommended from the tap,... more
