Just recently came back from the hotel. Absolute fantastic, found the staff very helpful indeed, the rooms were clean as a whistle, fresh towels everyday. I stayed here alone 3/28-3/30 for a holiday. The hotel is very nice and clean. Smoke smell in my room though. "Parisians cannot get used to the smoking ban" is what the conceierge told me at the front desk. The morning staff were very rude and not helpful.They ignore their guest and always want to answer just the phone as escuse. You can stand a long time to get some service.
