really bad customer service. in order to attract clients they tell you a very good price and once you are there (in 30 minutes) the price has doubled. if you complain about that, they give you an not satisfactory explanation treating you with anger. not a good way to manage a nice hotel and to treat a potential customer!! more

I think this is a great hotel for a low price. The room and bathroom were very clean and nice, but small. It's somewhat far from the main tourist areas in Paris, but it is easy to get around.
