We stayed here on our way back to UK for 3 nights and were impressed with the friendly and quite 'close' ambience. No winding step staircase to an upper room here - but a proper lift! This hotel , perfectly placed in Paris for any sight seeing worth seeing is just perfect in every way, clean spacious rooms, polite and respectful staff and English speaking if your language skills are typically British like mine.
