Just back from a 2 night stay which was very enjoyable. Stayed in a standard room which although small was of very good standard. Fittings and fixtures were all good quality. A couple of small niggles - on arrival our room smelt of smoke which on mentioning it at reception they apologised and sent the cleaner to spray air freshner.... more

Beautiful hotel, amazing location,Please don't go with an infant, not only is it not child friendly,there isn't 1 high chair in th whole hotel. We had to feed our 18 month old on our knee during breakfast. NOT WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM A 4 STAR!!!! more

The Keppler is as advertised. We arrived, jet-lagged and shown to an executive room which smelled of smoke. Not the greatest of introductions, but the hotel made it right. They put us in a suite that night but then had to move the next day (sad - the suite was really nice. Even had a view of the Eiffel Tower).... more
