The location and friendliness of this hotel more than make up for any short comings, ie breakfast, small rooms etc. Very easy to get to and from the airport CDG as the RER stop is only 4 minutes walk away - a BIG bonus. I suspect most of the glowing reviews here are swayed by the excellent location, friendly staff and cleanliness, but do factor in the significant downsides before booking. Very pleased with room (no. 10). Bathroom is spotless. Location is fantastic; 1 min walk to Metro stop & directly opposite is a fabulous restaurant which is highly rated in all the guides.
