Excellent front desk staff, especially "Mr. Smiley". We had a problem with our reservation, but Mr. Smiley resolved it and saved our stay! We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The room was lovely and clean, bathroom was huge for european standards! The rooms at this hotel are a reasonable size for Paris. And very comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor, overlooking the back of the hotel (not a pleasant view)... Very good place to spend a week-end in Paris. I was satisfied with my room, only the street noise disturbed a little. Breakfast is enough or more. Friendly service. Wonderful location, it`s possible to walk to most of the sights in the centre. Very easy to get to the airports with underground. more
