The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room wasnt ready when i arrived so i had to wait in the lobby/lounge area for about an hour. Hotel de Sers is located around the corner from George V and just a few blocks from the Champs Elysees. The staff spoke English and were attentive and helpful.
