This is a phenomenal hotel. The rooms are massive for Europe and bigger than some American hotel rooms. The place is immaculately clean. The beds are remarkably comfy, and the sheets are very clean. the Relais is a lovely apartment hotel in an incredible location--right on the Piazza della Signoria and opposite to the Uffizi. The location of these apartments is what the selling point is. If you're looking for anything else, I would look elsewhere. The website is great and offers relatively accurate pictures. The facility is nice, with a comfortable bed, satellite tv (only one English channel, as was typical throughout our travel in Italy), nice modern styling and a decently sized bathroom.... more

First I should say that the location of this "hotel" was perfect, I loved being in the middle of everything. The inside of the apartment was very nice (we had the two room apartment with one king sized bed and two bunk-beds in the second room), with great furnite, a tiny kitchen, nice LCD TVs (although no English speak channels)... more
