Me and my wife spent a whole week at the PN. The hotel itself was excellent for the price, but it was the staff who made me give it five stars. During our stay I needed to report the loss of my credit card and one of the staff (thank you Tuk Taa, I hope I've written your name right)... more

We very much enjoyed the hospitality, interior and warm atmosphere at Pranakorn. Small details make a difference: preparing a take away breakfast when we left very early in the morning, tea on the rooms in the afternoon/evening. A beautiful roof top vegetable garden and nicely decorated walls. Combined with good breakfasts and a location that brings you immediately into center... more

The staff are fantastic and can't do more to help you, they are such nice people. The room was decorated with a hand painted floral mural and made liberal use of reclaimed wood for the bed, small table, nightstand and wainscoting around the room. Eco-conscious and very nice looking. we absolutely recommend it. more

The overall experience was good, the hotel is to be advised, specially if you are traveling with young kids. Just be aware that it might be hard to obtain a regular continental breakfast. If you insist heavily you will eventually get coffee, bread and juice, instead of soy milk or soup, but then the cook will be noticeably displeased... more

We stayed at the Phranakorn Norlen with our 5 young children. It was a lovely place. If you're looking for an out-of-the-way oasis, with a lush garden lobby, helpful staff, and utterly unique and charming-to-the-core atmosphere, then you'll love this hotel. They pay great attention to detail in their ambiance and decorations (even the patio rocks in the garden have... more

What a break from the bustle of Bangkok! My wife and I stayed here at the start of our tour of Thailand for 3 nights. We did all the tourist sites in Bangkok and it was fabulous to come back to our quite and unbelievably relaxing hotel. The whole atmosphere of the place is fantastic. The rooms are basic yet... more

My husband and I stayed just one night at the Phranakorn Norlern, on our way to Phitchit. We loved it! It is an oasis of peace in a very hectic and noisy city. The staff is very friendly, the garden beautiful, the beds very comfortable and breakfast delicious. If we ever go back to Thailand, we shall not fail to... more

We had booked this hotel for 3 nights based on the comments on trip advisor. It was our final leg of travelling around the Far East. We actually checked out after only 1 night. We arranged a transfer from the airport via the hotel which cost more than what it would have been to get one outside the airport. If... more

First off, the Phranakorn Nornlen can be bit hard to find. My wife and I had several taxi drivers over the course of the few days that we were there that had trouble locating the hotel. But what a great place once you've found it! The Phranakorn Nornlen is tucked away on a little side street. Once through the gate... more

There are hotels more centrally located with more amenities the the Phranakorn Nornlen but this charming little place has so much character I will not hesitate to go back. I loved everything about this hotel: the food, the excellent staff, the individually designed rooms - the list goes on and on. The only downside was the location. It is not... more
