We have just returned from 2 weeks at the Four Seasons Sharm and had a wonderful time. The hotel is excellent but the staff are even better than the hotel itself. My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons Sharm from July 22-July 31, primarily to go diving. I can honestly say that this establishment was the friendliest and most accomodating of the hotels at which we've stayed. I cannot fault this hotel on any level at all - it was amazing. Rooms were big, clean had everything, great view. They upgraded us to a suite on arrival which was unbelievable. 2 bathrooms, lounge etc. The service is what i still cannot get over and have not found better since.
