I have stayed at many different LAX airport hotels, and this is probably my favorite. You're not going to be wowed by any means, but it's everything you expect from a Marriott. We stayed overnight at the Marriott when we came in from Auckland and were waiting for our flight the next day to Dallas. Service was excellent - the luggage porter went above and beyond to help us and talked to us in a friendly manner - he even got us extra bottled water and a newspaper after he'd dropped off... more

We found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. The rooms were indeed small (especially the bathrooms), but in good shape and most importantly relatively quiet and clean. As long as you can get a good Internet rate and avoid the costly incidentals, it is worth a stay. more

Perfect place to stay – whether for just one night en route to/from somewhere, or for a few days if you want to discover LA. The rooms are small, but nicely decorated and comfortable.
