Let me just say....never will we travel in August again. The weather was horrible...thank you Faye. The resort itself is right in the middle of so many things to do...places to eat...just right for us. Westgate is a nice resort..except. The "hotel" room (timeshare) was nice. It has a jacuzzi tub, two bathrooms, full kitchen and three LCD screens with cable. That's were everything basically stops. They ask to to participate in a small chat regarding their timeshare opportunities which can basically ruin your whole day. They NEVER take 60-90 minutes with Westgate unless you basically walk out on them... more

First of all I found this hotel by looking for cheap Disney tickets. Of course the money for the amount of time we got to stay and the $100 incentive was nice. However the hotel is much smaller than advertised. The agent told us they had 10 pools and they only have one medium sized one and a kiddie pool.... more

Plenty of room for my family of 6. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom, with livingroom/dining/kitchen combination. A plus was having a kitchen with a washer and dryer. the westgate palce was ok to stay at except for the parking.if you stayed out all night and wanted to come back to find a parking space you can forget about it.the first night we got there our room did not have any heat and air and they took forever to move us to another room. more
