Myself & my daughter just stayed here for a week & we had no problems at all(room #523)! First of all, check-in & check-out took all of 3 mins. The location is awesome. Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. If housekeeping came before we left out 4 the day, they would come back later & clean our room.... more

Great stay. Used coupon from Florida welcome center for $39. Walked to Universal in the morning, and took the free shuttle in the evening to go back to the hotel. Great location near restaurants. Japanese restaurant in hotel is a great value too. Nice clean rooms. Friendly and quick reception. more
