This is a beautiful property with all the amenities for a getaway weekend, which is why we were there. When I booked the reservation, the girl I spoke with really should have mentioned that she wanted to ask some questions about how we heard about them, rather than sounding like she was prying into our reasons for visiting the hotel!... more

I recently returned from a visit to the Caribe Royale to attend a conference. I've stayed at this property several times in the past, and as usual it didn't disappoint. I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The rooms are huge. Refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. The pool is very nice along with the restaurants in the hotel. There is not much in the area so you will need a car. The only downside is that they charge $10 per day for wifi. more

My partner and I along with our two ten year olds have just returned from a fabulous 'disneyworld' holiday and stayed at the Caribe Royale for 10 days/nights in their two bed apartments. 5 Star all around! The staff was VERY helpful in my hour of crisis when I had to re book my airline do to Hurricane Gustav. Prior to this event I stayed at the Caribe Royale for 9 nights and the service was terrific. The rooms are nice and large and the pool is the magnet that draws the crowd!... more

I agree with the other travelers. This is a luxury hotel and not so expensive (150 €/night). I had a Princess suite, wiht two big beds and a sitting-room with sofa, armchairs, microwave, TV, fridge, etc. I had big windows to see the beautiful swimming-pool. We stayed in the Caribe in early July and was very pleased. The staff, cleaning department were very nice. The hotel is kept immaculate.
