After reading the reviews I was surprised by how very average this hotel is. The location is great for all the parks but the praise ends there. I travel alone to speak at the events held at the convention center, and staying this hotel is makes the trip worthwhile. I'd love to see this facility add more registration staff. During this third stay for me, there's only been one person manning the desk, but that one person is a multitasking expert, so check-in is a smooth process... more

You definately won't be disappointed at your choice of hotel and location if you choose Springhill Suites. I can honestly say there wasn't a single night I heard a door bang and absolutely no shouting residents, stayed on 7th floor with great views. We have stayed here before. The hotel is well located, it runs parallel with International Drive, so without all the busy traffic and hustle and bustle. Great price and value. Nice room size. Front desk staff was rude about request for 2 Queen rather than 1 King. This was a lovely hotel, room was really nice and big, bathroom and room were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was definately worth getting up for, a really good spread, something for everyone. Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel, would reccomend for anyone, would stay again. more

This is the third time we have stayed at this property, and as usual it was excellent. The service from all staff cannot be faulted. Everywhere was spotless and very well maintained. Will certainly continue to stay at this hotel when we next visit the area. more
