The hotel is nice. But, if you call them directly and GUARANTEE your room with a credit card, AND are handicapped AND tell them that and ASK for a ground floor room due to that and are told that is what you have, DO NOT expect to get there and have the same. Then if you fill out a comment... more

We found we had a free weekend on July 4th and just headed to the mountains. I had checked all the surrounding B&Bs which were full and didn't want a cabin. We stayed at this location over the 4th of July weekend. I agree with others about the breakfast - nothing to brag about but the cinnamon rolls were very good if heated. Believe the other reviews posted here. For a short stay in Blue Ridge, if you're not looking for the isolation renting a cabin offers, this is the place to stay.
