I got a good deal for a room in this hotel. As some of the other reviews have said, it's not the most up to date property, but my room was clean and well-equipped including a hair dryer, ironing board and full kitchen (with toaster!). This hotel is nice. As soon as we arrived at the front desk, we had experienced true quality service. We found it odd that you always had to sweep our room key to acces the elevator. We just stayed 14 nights in this Hotel. Everything was OK (except an early morning fire alert the first night). Room was clean, huge (a least 30m2) comfortable and the Kitchen was useful. Location is terrific. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped (dish towel and dishwasher detergent appeared after a couple of days) and included microwave popcorn. The great thing about the Windsor Suites is its location. Just a 5 minute walk from City Hall and another 5 minutes to Market Street. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, no frills but a good place to stay. Rooms are big, with a walk-in closet and full kitchen amenities.
