To be considered a 5 star hotel the staff must be trained at a level that corresponds to a 5 star hotel. This was a quick getaway. The hotel suite was pretty average, not 5 Star. However the Spa was very nice and the service was exceptional. I would go there again just for the SPA, but not to stay in the Hotel. more

Watermark staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Room is great. Spa is wonderful. Hotel guests can use by simply going to the Spa and signing in. Recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. It is very nice. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Nice espresso maker in the room. Hotel is at a wonderful location and we enjoyed the view of the Riverwalk.
