Our beds were literally crawling with bugs. I had to spray them down with Off before we could sleep in them and even then we had bites. The toilet ran all night mimicking the sound of "mom", "mom", so I couldn't sleep. The way the rooms are set up if anyone in the near vicinity arrives to their room in the middle of the night (frequent occurence) it sounds like your door being opened Which, by the way, we found out could be done very easily by a butter knife when we locked ourselves out of the room and could not reach anyone at the resort to help us. We loved the gal at the front desk that greeted us the first day, but the buck stopped there. Try Tradewinds (or pretty well anywhere else) if you plan to visit. I would not recommend this hotel.
