Facilities were spotless. Staff were super friendly and helpful, expecially Aldo and Manuel. Food was great - above expectations. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The pool setup was nice, but other than that it left a lot to be desired. The hallways all had a horrible smell for the entire week, their timeshare is extremely deceptive (Never buy it! we were scammed by what sounded like a great deal at the time, but that's another issue altogether), the margaritas were usually terrible (which was disappointing since we were in Mexico), and the food was like bad cafeteria food (even the nice restaurant, which is Italian for some reason, was very sub-par).

The best part of this resort is that it's located just off the beach. As far as the hotel, there are PLENTY of hotels on the beach that are MUCH nicer.

This was the nicest place I've ever stayed! It was always perfectly clean, the rooms were lovely, the staff was friendly and helpful. They never tried to get any tips from us (Tips were already included). The food was good for the most part. There was only one night we didn't enjoy it too much, but we filled up on side dish stuff. The breakfasts were amazing. The view, beautiful! Great location, with the mall right across the street. I would go back again in a heartbeat! (Price was great too)

We stayed with our 2 children at this resort. It had the worst food I have ever had. My kids would hardly eat anything. At breakfast they would take cereal boxes back to the room to save for later. The buffet had things I had never heard of and smelled. The bars on the other hand had great people working for them. We are going to Cancun in Dec. and plan to stay at another resort. The beach and the mall across the street were the best part of the trip. To pay for all inclusive and get horrible food was a huge waste of money. I heard they had just changed managers when we got there trying to save the hotel money. I believe they tried to save the money on chefs and food. We meet great friends from Wisconsin and had a great time with them. Also ate out alot, Outback Steakhouse there was great.
