The room was noisy. Near busy roads. The hotel in a run-down area.
The room was not cleaned properly.

The Knights inn was pretty good. It was the best price we found in the city considering all the things we had in our room. The staff was very very friendly and was helpful in helping us find where to go, etc. There's a theatre across the street and tons of really nice restaurants and bars as well all in a 2 minutes walk.

Would stay here again.

Went to St.Catharines for the night and had a good time. The Knights Inn was all right and it was really worth the price that we paid. The best part about it was that it had so many things in the room that it made up for anything else. It had a fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker, etc, etc. I would recommend this place again, because of the location as well and would probably stay here again.

We stayed at the newly renovated Knights Inn and we were pleasantly surprised. The room had a new television, minifridge, iron, coffee maker, and even a microwave. The rooms were comfortable and good for what we needed (a quiet nights rest). Its close to all attractions and is right in downtown. We would defintley stay there again, especially because of the price and the customer service was great too!
