This is a really fantastic hotel. The location is perfect and the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is very large and that meant that at busy times the restaurants and lobby were very hectic. Despite this we had a great stay and would definitely go back again.

We stayed at the Delta Chelsea for four nights, in a standard room. The room was clean, comfortable and very nice. The restaurant was more of a cafe type service, where you queue with a tray, select your food and pay the cashier, then sit down. But was very nice and a fair price. The staff were very pleasant, and when we arrived we were given free vouchers for breakfast for each morning. Also included was a free excursion to Niagara Falls, with a Maid Of The Mist trip, Fantastic. The only down side was the underground car park, although we did find a parking space each time we parked, it was cramped and always full. Washing machines are availiable, if you don't have the budget for costly laundry services. Location was great, easy walk to the sights. Nice pool, and games room for the kids.

We stayed here 2 nights in June with our 3 year old daughter.
The check in was smooth and they even had a little goody bag for a very jet lagged kid.

Room had 2 big queen beds, very clean, view is nothing to write home about but then it is in the middle of the city. It was also quiet and comfortable

Very convenient restaurant and buffet downstairs - not sure of the dinner, but the breakfast was very good. They also had a kids play room on the 2nd floor which we didn't get around to seeing but apparently there was a even a rabbit the kids could stroke

Location wise its was good - we walked past the Eaton centre and around the harbour to Sky Tower etc and it was definitely do'able, expecially as I was 6 months pregnant at the time.

I booked a premier room for our family.

Check-in was a breeze. Took 5 minutes. Staff very friendly.

The room was very clean. Beds ( two doubles) very comfortable. No frills room, just a television. Standard bathroom with hairdryer. Balcony overlooked Younge Street. There is also no microwave or fridge in this room as an FYI for people with babies/ toddlers. But you get what you pay for and all we needed was a place to shower, sleep, watch some t.v. before bed and this room was very adequate for our needs. I never heard a sound at night. Very quiet even though the hotel was close to capacity and it was a weekend.

Hotel pool and change rooms very clean. They do have a sauna and jacuzzi. Great indoor slide for the kids ( and big kids) hours of fun . There are also washers and dryers in the change room. They also have a kids room. Children can watch movies, play games, arts and crafts, read books etc. very nice for people with children. Lifeguards are great! Very pleasant,cheerful and attentive.

Bellman do an excellent job never waited for a taxi. Concierge desk attentive and helpful.

We also had dinner and breakfast at the marketplace restaurant. Food was good, convenient and made to order . There is a cocktail bar at the top of the hotel and a second restaurant which is higher end than the marketplace also on site.

I would deffinately go back to The Delta Chelsea for affordability, location and quality.
