We stayed here for three nights and found it to be an excellent hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly. Though close to the airport there is no airplane noise whatsoever. The rooms are nice and the bedding is excellent with pillow-top mattresses. I would especially recommend the daily breakfast buffet. Also, if you rented a car at the airport, you might be able to drop it off at the hotel as a number of the rental companies (including Avis, which we used) have offices there. We found this to be an added convenience. Parking is $11 a day, but that's less than many other hotels now charge.

Does not look all that impressive from the outside, and even the lobby is small, but they make up for it with excellent staff and very nice rooms.

Absolutely spotless and the bed & linens were wonderful. My room faced the mountains and airport which provided a really nice backdrop for a great view of aircraft approaching Vancouver International Airport.

Ample parking was available including several spaces for over-height vehicles. Was very plesantly surprised by a large pot of serve yourself coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Breakfast in hotel restaurant was very good as was the service.

One of the best Hiltons I have ever stayed at.

We booked our room for one night through TripAdvisor connections and received a pretty good rate. The hotel is convenient - a short drive from the airport. The room was very up to date and very clean. Bedding was great. No complaints about this hotel.

The only downside is what we consider a high price for internet connection. These days, I'm beginning to think the hotels give you a good deal on a nightly rate, but nail you for an extra $15 per night for internet.

I just read that even Super 8 Motels now have free wireless. We were also in a remote campground in Cape Breton last fall and had free wireless. So I am more and more puzzled by these charges.

During my trip to Vancouver Island, I stayed here for one night with my sister. She arrived in Vancouver early in the morning and we initially expected the hotel just to allow her to drop off her bags and come back during check-in time. In fact, quite the opposite. A room was ready for us and we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Bed mattress was very comfortable/

The check-in process was quick and the hotel staff were very polite. Most importantly, there were several good restaurants across the street and we were very close to the mall and to the airport.

I would definitely return again.
