One week at the Select Hotel in Paris was perfect for me... its located so close to all major attractions that I walked and enjoyed the walking as well.... neat area, close to many restaurants and sidewalk caffes (you even have a couple of them right by the entrance), metro stops are 2 or 3 blocks away... rooms are fine, contemporary design, comfortable and clean, and the price is very reasonable since it includes breakfast.... so next time I visit Paris I would certainly stay there again....

This is a great hotel in the heart of Paris. My husband and I spend our 1st wedding anniversary there and have no regrets. The room was lovely with a view of the courtyard and fountains out front from our balcony. Breakfast was very satisfying.

I find it hard sleeping in most European hotels as the noise between rooms and outside is normally high but this hotel has been renovated perfectly.

I would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again next time I am in Paris. The location can't be faulted and the quality is great.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The staff was very nice and spoke English very well. Breakfast was included with the room--everything you wanted for breakfast they had. The rooms had character and were very comfortable. Close to the metro and the bus stops. Outside of the hotel door there are 2 cafes. The neighborhood had every type of store or cafe that you could want. The islands were within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends!!

I stayed at Hotel Select with my mum for three nights over the bank holiday weekend. Hotel Select was perfect for our stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is situated in a charming square just off the bustle of a busy shopping street. The square is very relaxing and peaceful considering how close to Notre Damn it is - a couple of cafes and fountains where you can sit and relax in the sun with a bottle of wine!

The hotel is clean and modern with very friendly staff. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, ready with advice on how to get about Paris and recomendations for where to eat etc. Our standard double was quite small but very comfortable - there is so much to see and do in Paris it really doesn't matter if the room is a bit on the small side - its just a base after all!

The breakfast was simple but did the job - filled us up for the day. I would recommend getting down there quite early as it is quite a small room and seats can be hard to get. But over all a good breakfast.

There is a little bar in the hotel which is perfect for a glass of wine after wandering round paris all day!

The hotel is 5 mins stroll to Notre Damn and the Pantheon and is very close to a couple of metro stops, so getting to all areas of Paris is easy........once you get to grips with the metro maps!

Just a quick recommendation on a great restaurant - for a special meal go to Cosi which is just behind the hotel near the Pantheon.

I would totally recommend the Select Hotel as a great base for your trip to Paris.
