This hotel is great value for money. It is very clean and smart. The staff are very friendly and all speak English. The rooms are well equipped (No kettle or iron - this seems to be common to all hotels in Prague, possibly a health & safety rule). Rooms are air-conditioned and the windows do not open. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. The buffet breakfast is included in the price and it is excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food. The location of the hotel is v convenient. 5 minutes walk from Wencelas Sq and the metro station, 5 minutes from the tram stops, and 20 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. The area is slightly seedy - a few sex shops, but it is fine for walking around.

We did not dine in the Hotel restaurant - it looked pricey. Also did not use the Hotel Bar. If you want to eat locally try the Cicala Restaurant directly across the road. Brilliant, genuine Italian food at v good prices.

Seven Days is a first class hotel, exceptionally clean, spacious room and bathroom. Just a few minutes walk to the old town.

The staff were friendly, spoke excellent english and were very helpful. Buffet Breakfast had a very good choice of breads, fruit, cheese, cereals and pastries that make you go back for more.
Reception arranged a car to take us back to airport, far more reliable than the Prague taxis.

Ideal for couple of all ages, not stag/hen parties.

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for four nights in January. The rooms were spotless and roomly. The breakfast was good for continental breakfast. The bar was spacious and had a huge range of drinks at very reasonable prices. We walked to all the sights and did not need to use the public transport. The hotel arranged a taxi to and from the airport for very little money. There is a super Italian restaurant near the hotel on the same road as Rocky O Reilly ( cannot miss this street Rockies is advertised everywhere).

Would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Got a great deal walking in without a reservation for 5 nights. 70 Euros for a double. Everything I needed plus. Everyone mentions walking down to the National Museum (Wenceslas Square) but you can also walk in the other direction (uphill) to the I. P. Pavlova metro and tram stop. Here you can catch the 22 or 23 trams which go to Lesser town, Prague Castle, and the monastery. Get a day pass for metro and trams - some of the tourist areas are a climb uphill.
Nice room, quiet, great Czech beer in the lobby bar, friendly staff, ordinary European breakfast buffet with lots of choices in a nice "sun"room, free high-speed dialup internet, sauna, hot hot water, wonderful lobby.
