It is a small heaven in the middle of Prague. Design of the hotel is exclusive. Dishes are extraordinary and delicious. The restaurant’s menu includes dishes from various cuisines. Customer service is outstanding. All the working personnel know several languages. The hotel has a wine bar where I managed to find all types of and taste of wines made in different countries. I have traveled a lot in my life, and I have found only several hotels where I enjoyed my staying in. General Hotel is one of them.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the General, it was wonderful! Stan, the front desk clerk, was just the best. All we had to do was tell him where we wanted to go and he did the rest. He made sure we had tickets and arranged transportation. His english was great, so not much of a worry on the language barrier. He made sure we were up from naps to catch the symphony as well as made reservations at the best French Rest. in Prague. We hated to leave. We will be back in Prague hopefully next October and the General will be the spot!!!
The room was beautiful and the breakfast was perfect. The staff looked out for every detail. I have never seen a cleaner hotel. The wine and champagne was a treat. The entire staff were just outstanding. We just loved it.

General Hotel is very comfortable and well organized hotel for a traveler of any type. If you are asking do I recommend this hotel, I would answer: I highly recommend. The working crew is very friendly and helpful. The room which I have reserved is comfortable and clean. General Hotel is located in very convenient place near to the heart of Prague. The prices are wwooww!!!! They are chipper than other hotels offer. According to its 5 five star the prices are very suitable for everybody with various financial statues.

I have stayed at the General Hotel while I was visiting Prague. General Hotel is an exclusive hotel among its own types. It is very unique because every room has its characteristics and style. It is very clean and friendly hotel. Customer service is excellent: I felt like I was at home. Food is delicious, and it represents international cuisine. The location of the hotel is convenient because it is located in the center of Prague. Moreover, whoever has a car, he or she will not have parking problems because the hotel has its own parking places.
