Okay--so I read alot about this hotel and wasn't sure if I made the best choice of a Disney property. We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and was told to come back at 3:00 p.m. to get room keys. Returned at that time--room still not ready--3:15, 3:30, 3:45 (now I'm getting anxious--kids are tired, etc.) A very nice front desk agent calls housekeeping and finds out that our room is ready; however she had also offered us a complimentary upgrade from a Regal Suite to a "themed suite". She took us to the suite personally for us to decide which room we wanted. As soon as the kids saw the Mickey Mouse themed bedroom (twin beds) & bathroom, they were sold, and so were we. The other bedroom had 2 queen beds. We ended up with 2 bedrooms and more importantly 2 bathrooms for 4 adults & 2 children. Our suite was in the Dreams Building which is very close to the Monorail. We paid $650+ per night for these accommodations--not really sure it was worth that, but the location is very good. Room service breakfast was around $80. All in all--we had a good time, albeit an expensive one.
