There is certainly a reason why this Riad is consistently ranked #1 or #2 out of 300 hotels in Marrakech. The level of service is outstanding, the hotel itself is beautiful, and they have thought of everything from big to small to make sure you have a nice stay. All of the staff, including Jeremy (the owner), are completely accessible via e-mail and will promptly answer any and all questions you have. As mentioned, they give you a free cell phone to use while you are there, free leather slippers to use and keep afterwards, free breakfast, free orange juice/coffee/tea/bottled water whenever you want, free wireless internet, free computer to use in the lobby, free laundry...the list goes on and on. They are willing to setup or assist in any kind of excursion. You really can't ask for more. Just book early and you will have absolutely nothing to worry about during your time in Marrakech.

I can only echo what everyone else has said about the Zolah. It truly is a completely amazing experience. The warmth, professionalism and genuine friendliness from the whole team there is like nothing I have ever come across in my travelling life.

Little additions, like the use of the local mobile phone just show the level of thought that has gone into customer satisfaction.

The location is perfect, the rooms are spacious and inviting and the food prepared for us was some of the best we had in Marrakech. My girlfriend and I will most definitely be returning!

My wife and I together with our 2 daughters aged 8 a 10 stayed at the riad for 4 nights in the end of May.

We were picked up at the airport and met by Ismael at the Medina gate. He guided us all the way to the riad, while giving us lots of advice and helpful information.

The place itself overcame our expectations, with beautiful house and rooms. The girls just loved the small pool. This setting together with Ismael and his wonderful service minded staff made the stay just perfect.
The location, only a few minutes from Jema el Fna and just by the entrance to the Suks was also perfect.

We really hope and believe that we will come back to Raid Zolah!

Myself and my husband have just returned from a trip to Marrakech and a wonderful stay at Riad Zolah.
The Riad itself is beautiful, we stayed in Suite 1 which was lovely, the staff especially Aziz were very attentive and there was nothing that couldn't be done for us, they even ironed two of our things as they were creased from travelling! We were met at the airport by a taxi who took us to the Medina where Aziz was waiting for us, he then escorted us through the maze of streets to the Riad. We were given mint tea and then showed to our lovely room.
We had never been to Marrakech so it was an eye-opening experience and one which we both throughly enjoyed!
We would recommend eating at Le Foundouk, although you must get someone to guide you there if it is the evening as we got lost and felt quite vulnerable, although everyone says it is very safe and we had no reason to be worried it was still quite unnerving. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was lovely and they did get a doorman to escort us back to Riad Zolah after our trip there! We would also recommend Grand Cafe de la Poste in the new town for French food, we walked there which took around 30 mins but you can get taxis easily if you prefer.
Lots of reviews have commented on Cafe Arabe which we also went to a few times for a drink as it is very close to the Riad although it is a shame it closes at 11pm, this was also very good.
We ate in Riad Zolah on out last evening and although it was meant to be the cooks day off she still prepared a lovely meal for us, I would say that this is more 'homecooking' but still very tasty and reasonable too.
An overall wonderful experience, there really isn't anything bad too say about Riad Zolah and we will be back one day!
