Thailand....where to start? The hotel was incredible from the marble entrance to the friendly staff. The rooms were big and comfortable and good view of the city. The best part has to be the rooftop resturant and lounge. The entire hotel is designed with high fashion and speaks of chic. Beautiful people matches with beautiful food and service all for a very reasonable price. Feel like a king from the minute you walk in the hotel to he time you have to leave.
The people want to make sure everything is taken care of for you and that they leave you with that special feeling that you are the most welcome quest. I have travel to many places and have never seen a place where every person around is happy and want to make sure you are the same. No matter where you travel in the country you will only find smiles and a happy people that are proud of their King and Queen.
The food, temples and history are only a part of what Bangkok has to offer, need a some taliored clothes go see Tony's Fashion House and they will make anything from a suit, shirt, pants or dress from any style or material you want and have it ready in only a few days. Nice rooms for the price. Lobby is ordinary. Hotel is located a little too far from the Skytrain to be convenient and on a very uninviting road/locale. Food at cafe was bad and restaurants overpriced. Breakfast ordinary. However the special package deal including transfers and one dinner was well priced given our needs. We'd stay there again but would check out other 5* hotels in other areas first.

Thankfully, everthing were just perfect in Lebua and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Becuase;

- Perfect staff, helping, smiling, helping and do not bothering
- Perfect Breakfast for any culture
- Free and fast Internet in rooms :))))
- Nice pool eventhough Bangkok is not a city to lay down
- Good SPA
- PRICE/PERFORMANCE

Believe me, I have no single negative coment about this hotel and really suggest to everyone...

The best part of Lebua are the rooms and views. Beyond that the hotel has liittle to offer for people on vacation. Our stay, to say the least, was not enjoyable due to several issues we faced at the hotel. To start with, the checkin process was a hassle, finally we had to summon the manager to resolve. Second, Lebua is like a high end apartment building then a 5-star luxury hotel. The hotel has set up several policies that do not cater to guests, rather to non-guests that frequent the roof-top bars and restaurant.s Guest privacy is non existent! The hotel lobby is small and underwhelming, with no travel services and other amenities you find in a luxury hotel.
Bottom line, the hotel is probably ok for business travel but I do NOT recommend this hotel for people on vacation or travelling as a family.
